AI maps every column
Our AI engine reads your supplier's headers — "ListPrice", "OnHand", "ProductCode" — and maps them to your catalog fields in seconds. Review once, done forever. When suppliers change headers, AI detects the drift and suggests a remap.
Smart delta detection
On each scheduled run, SintoData compares the feed against your last sync. If nothing changed, the entire sync is skipped. If only 200 rows changed in a 50,000-row file, only those 200 SKUs update — nothing wasted.
Catalog stays current
Prices, inventory quantities, and product data update automatically. AI enriches your catalog — extracting attributes, translating listings, and suggesting categories — while anomaly detection catches suspicious price swings before they go live.

HTTP, SFTP (password or SSH key), Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob, Google Drive, OneDrive, Google Sheets, file upload, and SOAP web services — with authenticated HTTP feeds (Bearer, API Key, Basic, OAuth2).
3 file formats, auto-detected
CSV, XML, and JSON — all parsed as streaming (no full materialization, handles files of any size). Format detection by Content-Type header, URL extension, and first-byte peeking.
Multiple supplier feeds
Manage any number of suppliers — each with its own schedule, column mapping, sync history, and AI feature settings. Feed limits scale with your plan.
Per-feed sync schedule
Each feed runs on its own schedule, at specific hours in your timezone. 1 to 4 syncs daily depending on plan. Handles weekends, holidays, and supplier update patterns.
Smart delta detection
SHA-256 content hashing during download skips unchanged files entirely. Per-SKU state tracking means only rows with actual quantity or price changes hit your store's API.
Price sync with margin
Pull cost prices from supplier feeds, apply a percentage margin, and choose your rounding: exact, nickel, dime, half-dollar, charm (.99), or whole dollar. Set-once or update-every-sync modes.
Dry-run preview
Every sync can be previewed first. See exactly which SKUs would change, at what quantity and price, before a single write touches your live store.
Full sync history
Every run logs rows parsed, changes applied, and any errors. Per-SKU audit trail with variant IDs, trigger types, and change details. Drill into any historical run for full traceability.
Low stock alerts
Set a reorder threshold per feed. After each sync, SintoData scans every SKU and flags any variant at or below your level — before you run out. Configurable per feed, actionable immediately.
Catalog-safe by design
Supplier rows match your products by SKU. Rows with no matching product are logged as errors, never auto-created. Missing SKU reporting gives you full control over what enters your catalog.
Segmented processing
Feeds of any size are split into 10,000-SKU segments, processed independently. Segments over 1,000 mutations use bulk mutation endpoints. All segments are parallelized for maximum throughput.
Encrypted at rest
All third-party credentials — SFTP passwords, SSH keys, cloud storage access keys, OAuth tokens, HTTP auth secrets — encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Your suppliers' credentials are never stored in plaintext.
