Frequently Asked Questions

Do all plans include every AI feature?

Yes. Every plan — from Starter to Business — includes all 7 AI features, all 10 source connectors, and every capability listed on our features page. The only difference is scale: how many SKUs, feeds, and syncs per day you need.

What happens when my trial ends?

At the end of your 7-day trial, access is paused and you’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan through Shopify’s billing system to continue. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged and your account is deactivated. You can reinstall at any time for a fresh trial on a different plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you’re charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your feed configurations and settings are preserved through plan changes.

What happens if I hit my SKU limit?

If a supplier feed contains more SKUs than your plan allows, the entire sync is blocked and logged as skipped. No partial syncs run. To increase capacity, upgrade to the next tier or reduce the number of SKUs in your feed. You’ll never lose data or have syncs silently fail — every blocked sync is logged and visible in your sync history.

How are syncs per day counted?

Your plan includes a daily sync allowance — the total number of syncs that can run across all your feeds each UTC day. Scheduled syncs run on your per-feed schedule (via the time picker) and are not gated by this counter — the schedule itself controls how often each feed runs. Manually triggered "Sync Now" runs and webhook-triggered syncs check the daily allowance and count toward it. If your daily allowance is exhausted, further manual and webhook syncs are blocked until the counter resets at midnight UTC.

Do you support feeds larger than 10,000 SKUs?

Yes, via our Enterprise plans. We offer custom SKU limits, dedicated infrastructure, priority support, and white-label deployment. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll work out a plan.

Is billing handled securely?

Yes. Billing is processed through Shopify’s native subscription system — we never store or handle credit card information. Shopify manages the entire payment lifecycle, including tax calculation and payout. You manage your subscription directly in your Shopify admin.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

Your subscription is cancelled immediately. All your feed configurations are preserved but set to inactive. If you reinstall, previously synced feed configurations are restored and a fresh 7-day trial begins. Configurations that were created but never synced are not reactivated. Your supplier credentials, column mappings, and settings for restored configs are not lost.
